Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch strips and pat them dry
  2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 min
  3. When ready, place a pan on medium high heat and let it heat up for 2-3 min
  4. Place the chicken on the pan flipping it every 3 min for 10-12 min total or until 165℉ internal. Do not overcrowd the pan
  5. Serve on a pita with garlic or tzatziki sauce with your vegetables of choice. Enjoy!
