Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbps of Tarboush Shawarma Seasoning or Spicy Shawarma Seasoning
- ½ tsp of Tarboush Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup of plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup for extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 2-3 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into 1 inch strips and pat them dry
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 min
- When ready, place a pan on medium high heat and let it heat up for 2-3 min
- Place the chicken on the pan flipping it every 3 min for 10-12 min total or until 165℉ internal. Do not overcrowd the pan
- Serve on a pita with garlic or tzatziki sauce with your vegetables of choice. Enjoy!
