Ingredients:
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- A handful of parsley
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp Tarboush Dukkah
- 1/4 tsp Tarboush Lemon Salt
Instructions:
- Place your non-stick pan on medium heat and drizzle the olive oil.
- After 1-2 minutes, break over your eggs and pat the egg yolk down to spread it across the pan.
- Add the spices, parsley, and seeds, then cover the pan with a lid.
- Leave for 2-3 minutes or until your desired level of cooked eggs - and enjoy!
