  • Place your non-stick pan on medium heat and drizzle the olive oil.
  • After 1-2 minutes, break over your eggs and pat the egg yolk down to spread it across the pan.
  • Add the spices, parsley, and seeds, then cover the pan with a lid.
  • Leave for 2-3 minutes or until your desired level of cooked eggs - and enjoy!
