Kofta Kebob

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add ground beef and all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. For best results let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 min
  2. Preheat oven to 380 ℉
  3. Shape kebob mix into 4 inch long kebobs with a skewer (you can also use a spoon)
  4. Place in an oven tray without stacking and cook for 25 min. Flipping them halfway through
  5. Broil them on high for 2 min on each side
  6. Check for internal temperature of 160 ℉ and enjoy!

Note: best served with rice or bread
