Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Tarboush Kofta Kebob Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of Tarboush 7-Spice Seasoning
- ¼ tsp of Tarboush Ground Nutmeg
- 2 lb of 80/20 ground beef or ground lamb
- 1 yellow onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup of parsley, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of flour
- ½ tsp of baking soda
- ½ of black pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Add ground beef and all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. For best results let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 min
- Preheat oven to 380 ℉
- Shape kebob mix into 4 inch long kebobs with a skewer (you can also use a spoon)
- Place in an oven tray without stacking and cook for 25 min. Flipping them halfway through
- Broil them on high for 2 min on each side
- Check for internal temperature of 160 ℉ and enjoy!
