Ingredients:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Tarboush Paprika
- 1 tbsp Tarboush Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Tarboush Lemon Salt
- 1/2 tsp Tarboush Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the bell peppers into thin finger-like slices.
- Place in either an oven or air-fryer tray and add all the spices.
- Drizzle the olive oil throughout the tray, then shake the tray very well to allow the oil and spices to spread throughout.
- Place in the air-fryer for 10 minutes under high heat or until the peppers are fork-tender - enjoy!
