Roasted Colored Pepper with Oregano, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Lemon Salt

Instructions:

  • Cut the bell peppers into thin finger-like slices.
  • Place in either an oven or air-fryer tray and add all the spices.
  • Drizzle the olive oil throughout the tray, then shake the tray very well to allow the oil and spices to spread throughout.
  • Place in the air-fryer for 10 minutes under high heat or until the peppers are fork-tender - enjoy!
