Roasted Potatoes with Tarboush Potato Seasoning, Oregano, Garlic, and Onion Powder

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Heat about 3 cups of water in your kettle on the side.
  • Cut the potatoes into your desired form, either finger fries or wedge cuts.
  • Place the sliced potatoes in a pot, pour the heated water over them, and let them boil over high heat for 7-8 minutes (no more than that, or the potatoes will get too smushy)
  • Drain the potatoes and place in an oven or air-fryer tray and add all the spices.
  • Drizzle the olive oil throughout the tray, then shake the tray very well to allow the oil and spices to spread throughout.
  • Place in the air-fryer for 20 minutes under high heat or until the potatoes are crunchy.
  • Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
