Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium size potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- A handful of parsley
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tbsp Tarboush Potato Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Tarboush Oregano
- 1 tsp Tarboush Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Tarboush Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tarboush Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat about 3 cups of water in your kettle on the side.
- Cut the potatoes into your desired form, either finger fries or wedge cuts.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a pot, pour the heated water over them, and let them boil over high heat for 7-8 minutes (no more than that, or the potatoes will get too smushy)
- Drain the potatoes and place in an oven or air-fryer tray and add all the spices.
- Drizzle the olive oil throughout the tray, then shake the tray very well to allow the oil and spices to spread throughout.
- Place in the air-fryer for 20 minutes under high heat or until the potatoes are crunchy.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
