Enjoy this quick 5-min breakfast filled with spiced nutrients!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- A handful of baby spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Tarboush Sumac
Instructions:
1. Drizzle some olive oil in a heated pan for a minute or two, then throw in a handful of chopped baby spinach leaves.
2. Cook and stir until the leaves begin to wilt, then turn down the heat a little, and break open the 2 eggs.
3. Sprinkle on sumac, salt and pepper, sesame seeds, and black seeds.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and let sit for 2 minutes, or to the degree of cooked eggs you desire.
5. Move your eggs to a plate and sprinkle a little more of your sumac, sesame and black seeds to garnish.
