Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Tarboush Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Tarboush Garlic
- A dash of Tarboush Paprika
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup water (or more depending on desired consistency)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 lemons
- Olive oil
- Tarboush Sumac to garnish
- Fresh dill to garnish
Prep:
1. In a bowl, add the tahini sauce, 1/2 cup of water, cumin, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and 2 freshly squeezed lemons.
2. Slowly whisk all ingredients together, gradually adding more water. You can add more water if you prefer your sauce more watery in consistency.
3. After your tahini has reached a smooth consistency, drizzle olive oil and garnish with fresh dill and sumac.
4. Enjoy this nutrient-rich dressing on any of your salads or drizzle it on roasted veggies as a snack.
